1. Here lies an old broken vessel
God mended and filled with His word,
But like so many vessels
It didn't listen and never heard.

2. Here lies an old worn out vessel
God poured His light into
But it didn't always shine so bright,
Wouldn't let His light come through.

3. Here lies an old empty vessel
God filled with His love to the brim.
And the reason for it being empty?
It gave all the love away, in service to Him.
